Mandy Nyarko MBE is an institution builder whose work spans entrepreneurship, venture capital, innovation and economic development.

She is Founder and Group CEO of Salt & Earth Group, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Sahara Impact Ventures, and Founding Partner of Future Impact Ventures.

She is also the founder and visionary behind Startup Discovery, an innovation infrastructure platform working across the UK, Africa and Asia.

Across these platforms, Mandy has built partnerships spanning investors, governments, foundations, corporates, development institutions and entrepreneurs.

Her work has taken her across markets and sectors, but the underlying ambition has remained consistent: to build the institutions, capital and infrastructure required for ambitious people to create meaningful economic change.

Mandy was awarded an MBE for Services to the Business Sector. She also serves in advisory and board capacities across entrepreneurship, investment, innovation and economic development.
